1. Introduction
Welcome to NORDIC TRADING FZE. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all transactions, communications, and use of our products and services. By engaging with us or using our services, you agree to abide by these Terms.
2. Orders & Acceptance
- All orders are subject to acceptance by NORDIC TRADING FZE.
- A quotation issued by us is valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
- Orders become binding only after written confirmation by our team.
3. Pricing
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- All prices are exclusive of VAT, customs duties, shipping, or other applicable taxes unless explicitly mentioned.
- In case of pricing errors or omissions, we reserve the right to update the pricing and notify the customer before proceeding.
4. Payment Terms

- Payment must be made via bank transfer or other approved methods.

6. Inspection & Acceptance
- The buyer must inspect goods upon delivery and notify NORDIC TRADING FZE in writing of any damages or discrepancies within [e.g., 3] working days.

7. Returns & Refunds

NORDIC TRADING FZE is not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, strikes, or global supply chain disruptions.
10. Confidentiality
All commercial terms, pricing, and documentation shared between the parties are considered confidential and must not be disclosed to third parties without prior written consent.
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Specify Emirate, e.g., Dubai or Sharjah].
